"As a native Texan, I am naturally fond of the Yellow Rose. However, "Yellow Rose Landscaping" is named in memory of my late grandfather, Dr. Paul F. Mackey, Jr. He was a man of kindness, giving and service; the kind to give you the shirt off his back. He was an avid outdoorsman and always had a yellow rose bush wherever he lived. My grandfather was a patriot who loved his country and loved supporting local, small business.
